Clearly he has not competed at the highest level of club football, but Kim has played 30 times for South Korea, scoring three goals. The 6’3″ centre-back has done enough for Premier League giants to notice his performances and both Spurs and Chelsea are considering a move for him either this month or over the summer. They have not dismissed him, though, and Chelsea have joined the hunt for his signature.
