The Toronto District School Board and Toronto Catholic District School Board both announced closures this morning. Across the GTA, Peel District School Board, Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School,Halton District School Board and Halton Catholic District School Board are also closed. As of publication, the University of Toronto closed its satellite campuses in Mississauga and Scarborough but the downtown campus remained open. Due to significant combination of snow, ice pellets & freezing rain expected throughout the day, all TDSB schools & administrative sites are closed today. 1/2 — Toronto DSB (@tdsb) February 12, 2019All school permits & Continuing Education classes are cancelled & TDESAA/TDSSAA events will be rescheduled.
