According to the weather agency, strong winds that arrived around midnight are going to continue through the morning and will slowly start to diminish in the afternoon. Friday in general is expected to be cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of flurries and winds gusting from 50 km/h to 80 km/h. Temperatures will fall to -5 C in the morning, although with wind chill it will feel more like -10 C and -16 C in the afternoon. If you’re going out for the evening you should bundle up as temperatures will reach a low of -10 C, with a wind chill of -20 C.Saturday isn’t looking that much better. Environment Canada is calling for a mix of sun and cloud, with strong winds of 20 km/h gusting to 40 km/h in the morning, though it is expect to lighten up in the afternoon.
