Toronto police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a woman who threw a cup of hot liquid at a Starbucks employee last month. Police were called for an assault on March 30 around noon at a Starbucks on King St. W., near Strachan Ave. The woman is accused of throwing the hot liquid after she was told to wait in line when she asked for a cup of water, according to police. She is described as Asian, five-foot-five, medium build, 30 to 40 years old, with black hair in a ponytail. She was wearing a long Canada Goose winter jacket with fur on the hood, black sunglasses and a light-coloured scarf.
