Toronto police are seeking four men as witnesses after a video emerged that appears to show a taxi running a food-delivery service cyclist off the road. It occurred on Bay Street north of Saint Mary Street. A 57-year-old man was driving a 2011 Toyota Camry taxi northbound on Bay Street when the taxi allegedly struck a 31-year-old man riding a bicycle, police say. The cyclist, also northbound on Bay Street, suffered minor injuries. The taxi veers sharply toward the cyclist, knocking him off his bike and onto the ground, before coming to a standstill.
