Toronto police said they are reviewing a case of misconduct after a officer was filmed allegedly watching a hockey game inside a police vehicle steps away from the scene of a double shooting on Saturday night. The video, which was taken by a Global News camera operator, shows an officer watching a game between the Philadelphia Flyers and Ottawa Senators near a crime scene in the area of Thorncliffe Park Drive and Overlea Boulevard. The video showed the game being broadcast on an internal computer in a vehicle marked “supervisor,” Global reported. Toronto police could not confirm to the Star that the incident took place at the crime scene. Police media relations officer Alex Li said the images have been sent to the officer’s unit at the Unit Complaints Coordinator, which takes complaints on allegations of officer misconduct.
