Toronto police have released an image of a fourth person they believe is involved in a hit-and-run incident that injured two women and a 20-month-old toddler on Sunday. The suspect vehicle, a grey, 2015 Dodge Journey, was located in the area of St. Clair Avenue East and O’Connor Drive at 6:24 p.m. on Monday. Police have released an image of a man they believe abandoned the vehicle before running away. He is being treated as a suspect, police say.
