Toronto police are investigating a video that appears to show a uniformed officer asleep at the wheel of a marked cruiser as it is double-parked on a spot for disabled drivers. Victor Kwong confirmed to the Star that police launched a probe after becoming aware of the short, 17-second video on Tuesday. The video bears a watermark pointing to a Toronto viral video Instagram account, where the video was posted four days ago. The clip appears to show a lone officer asleep inside a Toronto police vehicle that’s straddling two parking spots. The person taking the video on a cell phone at one point walks close to the cruiser and captures the officer appearing to be fast asleep inside.
