Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in locating a dog allegedly stolen from the Beaches neighbourhood Tuesday. The man engaged the 36-year-old woman in a conversation while she was out walking her dog, police said. While the duo were chatting, the dog, a 6-year-old American Bulldog-Pitbull mix named Stella, entered the man’s car to cool off. Subsequently, the man shoved the woman and took off with Stella still inside his minivan, police added. The dog, Stella, is grey in colour with white fur on her chest and in between her eyes and stands about two feet tall.
