Toronto police have located American woman missing since October
An American woman who went missing in Toronto two months ago has been located, according to Toronto police. April Burkle, 34, was located at about 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 26, police say. Burkle flew to Toronto from Houston on Oct. 10 to meet a friend, family spokesperson Alexis Cauthen told the Star earlier. Burkle was severely injured in a 2014 Arkansas tornado that killed her two children. Police said that Burkle had last been seen on Oct. 22 in the area of Peter Street and Queen Street West.
