Toronto police have charged a 17-year-old boy in the fatal collision that killed his passenger last month in November. A 17-year-old female passenger in the Mazda was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Mazda and two other passengers were transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said. The taxi driver didn’t suffer any physical injuries, police said. On Wednesday, police charged the 17-year-old boy with criminal negligence causing death and careless driving causing death.
