A Toronto man, 24, has died in hospital after a single vehicle crashed in Richmond Hill early Friday, York Regional Police say. The vehicle hit this unoccupied parked car before it flipped over. Police have reopened 16th Avenue, which was closed between Fern and Bayview Avenues to allow officers to investigate following the crash. Anyone who witnessed the accident or who might have dashboard camera that captured the crash is urged to call police.
