The woman accused of stabbing a stranger to death in a drugstore in Toronto’s financial district last December is fit to stand trial, a mental health court judge has ruled. When Bisesar first appeared in mental health court, she told the judge that she needs a “body scan,” not a psychiatric assessment. Rohinie Bisesar appeared in the specialized court at Old City Hall on Thursday to have the results of her psychiatric assessment considered.
