Toronto election candidates square off tonight to debate the city’s affordability crisis


Five of the leading candidates in Toronto’s mayoral election will square off tonight for the first time in an affordability crisis focused debate hosted by the Daily Bread Food Bank. The debate moderated by Maggie John will be livestreamed and broadcast on CP24 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., and the Star’s Alyshah Hasham will be live-tweeting.
