“New year, new me attitude.” That’s how realtor Ara Mamourian describes the changed outlook among Toronto condo buyers and sellers this year. The general manager of Spring Team Real Estate said his group sold seven condos in the last two weeks. “There’s four groups putting light back in the condo market and they will hit it with force — first time buyers, investors, foreign students and new Canadians,” he said.
