A storm is heading toward Toronto with a mixture of freezing rain and up to 10 centimetres of snowfall on Sunday, according to Environment Canada. “Some areas could see several hours of freezing rain or ice pellets before transitioning to light snow or freezing drizzle Sunday afternoon,” read a statement. “This has been a hard-to-predict storm, it’s on that cusp where if it’s a few degrees cooler then it’s going to be mostly snow.
