A Toronto man has been charged with sexual assault after a 15-year-old girl said she was attacked by an Uber driver. Police say the girl was allegedly assaulted during a ride on Jan. 25 after she got into an Uber vehicle at the downtown bus terminal at Bay St. and Edward St. The investigation began in May after the girl spoke to police. On May 18, Fahmy Saggaf, 41, was charged with sexual assault and sexual interference. He is scheduled to appear in court in June.
