Two productions arrive on this year’s Toronto Fringe Festival as winners of the festival’s awards for Best Play and Best Musical. The Toronto Fringe Festival runs until July 10. These two shows must have a life beyond the fringe; ideally in more forgiving surroundings, though there really is very little to have to forgive. Cam Baby is at the Factory Theatre; Life After is at Theatre Passe Muraille. Clara and her boyfriend Tim, neither of them glamorous, are indulging in their favourite pastimes of texting, viewing and recording themselves.
