The U.K. tiles retailer said Thursday said that four resolutions--approval of the directors' remuneration report, the re-election of nonexecutive director Diana Breeze, and the directors' authority to allot and purchase shares--all passed with the support of between 62.63% and 63.37% of voting shareholders.
