Photo: GettyThe Central Statistics Office (CSO) has revealed the top five names given to newborn babies in Ireland during 2025. The state data agency published the annual breakdown of boys’ and girls’ names and last year showed that Jack and Sophie were the most popular names given to boys and girls respectively in 2024. New entrants into the top 100 boys’ names include Levi, Dáire, Naoise, Conall, Elijah and Teidí. Lily Allen: Lily has topped the list of baby girls' names in Ireland.
