Theatre Direct’s Wee Festival has been running international programming for children in their early years (infants to kindergarten) all week long. Julie Tamiko Manning and Matt Miwa in The Tashme Project: The Living Archives, part of the Tiger Bamboo Festival from Soulpepper Theatre. In celebration of Asian Heritage Month, Soulpepper Theatre is presenting two days of theatre, new play readings, cabarets and folk tales by creators from the Asian diaspora. Plus, catch improv puppet show Table Top Tales, which retells family stories from members of the audience. The puppet show will be part of the WeeFestival Family Day on May 23.
