Stir in the crushed spices and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often, then the tomato puree, and cook for 1-2 minutes more, stirring. Cook over a medium heat for 1-2 minutes to heat through and crisp up, stirring often. Massage the salt, lemon juice and oil into the skin, making sure there are no puddles of oil left on top.
