Managing Director of Ireland’s leading e-waste and metals recycling facility, KMK Metals Recycling, Kurt was first elected President of EERA in 2019, having joined the organisation in 2008 and served on the board since 2013. “My focus since becoming President of EERA has been on the importance of achieving a level playing field for all European WEEE recyclers and producers. KMK Metals Recycling employs approximately 150 staff across its operations, managing more than 48,000 tonnes of material and serving over 2500 sites including civic amenity sites, electrical retailers and Irish businesses.
