One in four of the projects shortlisted for the New Zealand Architecture Awards were built in Canterbury. Canterbury has dominated the architecture awards this year, with 11 projects shortlisted in the region. The nominations include two distinctive new homes on the Banks Peninsula by Paterson Associates, including the dramatic Scrubby Bay House.
