Mr Odege got 14,840 votes against the incumbent Edick Anyangai's 8,083 votes. Both Mr Anyanga and Mr Odege had exuded confidence of winning. ODEGE PETITIONS COURTMr Odege will now face Mr Odiso Ogenga, an Independent candidate, Mr Elias Rateng and Mr Olima Obonyo in the August polls. On June 21, the Court of Appeal ordered the Orange party to conduct a repeat exercise within 48 hours, following a petition by Mr Odege.
