TOKYO (Oct 31): Japan's biggest city gas supplier, Tokyo Gas Co, said it would pursue business cooperation opportunities in Southeast Asia with Petronas LNG, a subsidiary of Malaysian state oil company Petroliam Nasional Bhd. The two companies have signed a memorandum of understanding to consider cooperation, including possible tie-ups in natural gas and LNG, mainly in Southeast Asia, Tokyo Gas said in a statement on Monday. The Japanese company said it has a 33-year relationship with Petronas LNG, buying LNG from three LNG projects.
