Raila, who spoke to NTV, said the 3rd Wave of protests had entered in the semi-final phase on Thursday and will end on Friday. He however did not announce the meeting grounds for the protesters in Nairobi as it has been done in the previous days. Raila called on the protesters to heed his call for peaceful demonstrations and desist from causing trouble. On Wednesday, various parts of the country including Nairobi, Kisumu, Nakuru, Siaya, Homa Bay and Makueni took part in the demos. Most of the victims were shot in informal settlements in Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu and Makueni.
