Toasty toes at Te TipuaRachael Kelly Pupils at Te Tipua School celebrated Red Socks Day on Friday. Three Te Tipua School pupils who attended a leadership programme put into practice what they had learned by organising a fundraiser at their school. Te Tipua School principal Jos Henry said the girls were selected for the course because they were positive role models to other pupils. "A couple of weeks ago we sent a note out to all the children about it," Olivia Stevenson said. Olivia Shanks said being nice to everyone and being helpful made people good leaders.
