According to the coalition agreement deposited with the Registrar of Political Parties, Nasa would stand dissolved if three affiliates ditch the marriage. “The coalition stands dissolved where any three of the coalition parties decode to leave the coalition,” states the document. “ODM stands to lose nothing if Nasa is dissolved since we are not the ones who gain from its existence. “If ODM walks out, they will lose leadership positions in the house including key committees because they will not be part of Nasa. The remaining team can continue being in Nasa and replace those in minority leadership positions,” said Savula.
