If it’s Cheltenham tips straight from the horse’s mouth you want, then Skelper Quanes Bar in Blennerville this Thursday evening (March 3) at 7pm is the place to be. Tickets cost €20 for this annual Cheltenham Preview Night that has a good track record for putting punters in the know when it comes to selecting winners and some big each-way prices. MC for the evening is racing photographer Pat Healy who will be joined by Leon Blanche of Boyle Sports. A ‘super’ auction and a range of spot-prizes will be up for grabs on the night to help raise additional funds for what is an important cause. Proprietor Tom Quane thanked the local businesses who have given their time and generous support to the fundraiser.
