Wither Hills farm manager Lyle Barriball is concerned that if fire broke out at the top of the Wither Hills it would be unstoppable. All upper tracks in the Wither Hills Farm Park have been closed to the public from Monday, in the light of escalating fire hazards. With the recent warm, windy weather, the grass cover and vegetation has become tinder dry in the Wither Hills.
