Exeter City have signed Ukraine Under-21 winger Timur Tutierov on loan from Sunderland. He joined the Black Cats from Kolos Kovalivka in 2023 and represented his country at the 2024 European Under-19 Championships. He has played 16 times for Sunderland's U21 side this season, scoring four times, and made his Ukraine U21 debut earlier this season. "Timur is someone we have been tracking for a while," Exeter City manager Gary Caldwell told the club website, external. "With Sil Swinkels returning to Aston Villa, it opened up a loan spot and some budget to work with.
