A peach and a cheeseburger were among the items thrust at the emerging movie star on the red carpet Friday afternoon. One of Timothée Chalamet fan’s Toronto International Film Festival experience was downright peachy on Friday. Theresa De Paz, who staked out the red carpet for six hours to be at the front of the line, called the gesture “amazing.” Fans were “going crazy,” with one even offering $200 for the signed burger. The peach appeared from TIFF employees, who handed the fruit to Chalamet during an interview, a reference to the infamous scene in Call Me By Your Name.
