CAIRO - 16 MArch 2020: Libya's new Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh stressed Monday that with the formation of the new cabinet in Libya, it is time to turn over a new leaf titled, "national unity, development and access to services." Saleh had earlier called on the new national unity government to act for the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign troops from Libya. Addressing a session on Monday, Saleh underlined the importance of ending the conflict and building the state as well as launching a comprehensive national reconciliation to create a stable Libya. Dbeibeh and the ministers at his government took oath of office on March 15, before the House of Representatives in Tobruk eastern the country. He pledged to "protect the independence and security of Libya as well as its territorial integrity," as reported by Sky News Arabia.
