(File photo)A Timaru woman has been charged with disobeying a trespass order of a supermarket. Rachel Joanne Tomkinson, 50, pleaded not guilty when appearing before community magistrate Simon Heal in the Timaru District Court on Wednesday. The charge reads that Tomkinson, “having been warned by Countdown Supermarket in Church Street to stay off, wilfully trespassed on that place within two years of being given the warning”. Tomkinson was remanded on bail to appear again on January 25, with bail conditions including not entering Countdown Supermarket on Church St.
