Zest Restaurant and Cactus Fire co-owner Kristy Phillips is getting ready to start delivering meals from both restaurants again under level 3. Hospitality operators are gearing up for a shift down to alert level 3 on Wednesday, which will enable businesses to offer contactless takeaway and food delivery services. Phillips said level 3 would still be similar to level 4, and business owners were keenly awaiting the time when we dropped back to level 2. Valentina Bellomo/Stuff Street Eats owner Jane Bowen is ready to operate her food delivery service from Wednesday. Nick Foster, of food delivery service Delivereasy, said they employed 1400 drivers nationwide and 45-50 in Timaru as well as 70 staff in 22 centres.
