Zest Restaurant and Cactus Fire co-owner Kristy Phillips is getting ready to start delivering meals from both restaurants again under level 3. Hospitality operators are gearing up for a shift down to alert level 3 on Wednesday, which will enable businesses to offer contactless takeaway and food delivery services. Phillips said level 3 would still be similar to level 4, and business owners were keenly awaiting the time when we dropped back to level 2.
