Posting on his official Twitter account the golfing legend praised medical staff and the 'outpouring of support and encouragement' from fans. The 45-year-old was treated at LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre - a level one trauma centre with a reputation for rehabbing athletes last month. "I am so grateful for the outpouring of support and encouragement that I have received over the past few weeks. "Thank you to the incredible surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff at Harbour-UCLA Medical Centre and Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre.
