TikTok ban spawned many desi replicas besides Instagrams very own Reels feature that took over the short format content! The company is looking for a desi partner to relaunch TikTok. IG reels have been the go to branding mandate for agencies now. A senior govt official revealed to ET that they are aware of the plans but there’s been no official deliberation yet.
