Benjamin Caliboso, 22, of Sunbeam Crescent, Kensal Green, attacked a man in his 30s in Farnborough, Hampshire, on July 15, 2020. The victim was airlifted to St George’s Hospital in Tooting where he underwent a life-saving operation before spending two weeks in hospital. Caliboso left the victim with two deep wounds to his upper left arm, a cut to his right forearm and wounds to his abdomen and thighs. Louise Smith, who led the Hampshire Police investigation, said: “Caliboso carried out a senseless and shocking attack against a defenceless man, who could have lost his life. “The victim was taken to hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries and the outcome could have been significantly worse.
