Shoe hurledChandigarh, Sept. 14 : A Congress lawmaker hurled a shoe allegedly at a Punjab minister inside the state Assembly today. The shoe, hurled by MLA Tarlochan Singh Soondh, fell a few metres short of revenue minister Bikram Singh Majithia. Soondh admitted to have hurled the shoe but claimed his target was Akali MLA Virsa Singh Valtoha for his alleged anti-Dalit remarks.
