SEREMBAN: Three women and two children escaped unhurt when they were rescued from their vehicle, which was submerged in a flash flood at Jalan Seremban-Port Dickson near Mambau here this evening. "The continuous three-hour rain had caused flash flood at several locations in the area, submerging several vehicles. One of the road users, Daud Daie, 51, said, clogged drains are believed to have caused the flash flood which had lasted more than two hours. "It's a normal situation every time it rains more than two hours. Road users had to stop by the road side to help other victims who were stuck in the flood," he said.
