Three traffic police officers who were caught on camera allegedly taking bribes from public service vehicles along Kangundo Road, Nairobi have been identified. They were summoned by the Internal Affairs Unit (IAU) Monday, July 26 for formal disciplinary measures. IAU director Mohamed Amin said the three will be disciplined internally and later be informed on the way forward. The officer was arrested after the Office of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions gave consent to the move following an investigation. This follows a complaint by a senior officer that he had given him the money to facilitate his importation of a Toyota Landcruiser.
