A 21-year-old man was charged with several drug and driving-related charges, as well as possessing an offensive weapon. A 22-year-old man was arrested on a warrant, and a 27-year-old woman was charged with possessing utensils used for methamphetamine. The two men will appear in the Christchurch District Court on Monday, while the woman will appear on Friday, the police spokeswoman said.
