Three people were injured after two boys on a moped allegedly smashed a car window and threw a 'noxious substance' at the driver. Two men reportedly launched the substance at a car near to a Tesco Express in Dartford this afternoon. The driver, a passenger and a person standing close to the vehicle were then rushed to hospital. She said: 'Two boys on the moped smashed a car window and when they were stopped they sprayed the victim's eye. 'It is alleged that a noxious substance was thrown in the direction of a car by two men riding a motorcycle.
