SKY SPORT Kiwi referee Mike Fraser has awarded three penalty tries in the match between the Blues and Waratahs on Friday night. The second penalty try was awarded to the Blues, when the Waratahs collapsed a maul close to their line. The Blues got home 34-28, even though they conceded penalty tries in each half when their scrum folded. It didn't take long for Fraser to award another penalty try, with the Waratahs given another minutes into the second half when the Blues' scrum collapsed.
