The three suspects, implicated by evidence and witnesses as aiding Krisana’s alleged wrongdoing, were transported to the CSD head office in Bangkok for interrogation. Police arrested Krisana’s brother Pramote Suwanpitak, 43, at a house in Tambon Nong Sano of Muang Phetchaburi at noon. They also apprehended Krisana’s niece, whose name was withheld as she was 16 at the time, at an apartment in Muang Phetchaburi, while another team arrested the third suspect, Prathana Tuamsap, 35, in Phuket province. CSD acting chief Pol Colonel Maitri Chimcherd said the three suspects were arrested in line with court-issued arrest warrants and had confessed to helping Krisana to avoid punishment by burying the body of the maid, Jariya Srisak, in Phetchaburi. Police investigating the case subsequently discovered a human skeleton earlier this month in Nong Sano, which is believed to belong to Jariya, who reportedly was killed in 2012.
