A Slough man has been charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in 2005 as part of an investigation into child sex offences in Slough and Oxfordshire. Zulfikar Shamim, 51, of Mildenhall Road, was also charged with possession of indecent photography of a child in connection with the police investigation. Police said Shamim and two other men - Tommy Ocean, 41, and Vaseem Manzoor, 49 - are accused of the historical child sex offences. Manzoor, of Badger Lane in Oxford, was charged with one count of raping a girl aged 15 as well as two counts of people trafficking for sexual exploitation. The three have been released on conditional bail and are set to appear at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on April 24.
