Police said the accident happened at 5am on Lam Lukka Road in Tambon Lad Sawai, Pathum Lam Lukka district . The three killed were Suwadee Meesri, 35, Suwit Dontahom, 25, and an unidentified man. The truck driver, Somkid Chuanlakon, 45, told police that he was delivering construction material to a residential building site when the motorcycle crashed into the rear of his vehicle. He was detained for further questioning so police could decide whether to place charges.
