Chu Hoi-dick, Ray Chan, and Ted Hui said they have been arrested by police. Hui, who recently resigned following the ouster of pro-democracy lawmakers, had tried to toss a rotten plant in Legco in May, towards Legco President Andrew Leung. Police allege he had created a disturbance that had interrupted Legco proceedings under the Legislative Council (Powers and Privileges) Ordinance. Chu Hoi-dick and Ray Chan, also posted on social media the news of their arrests before 7:00am today. Chu and Chan had thrown a liquid during a June 4 meeting related to the national anthem bill.
