A court has ordered the detention of three suspects for 14 days in connection with the murder of a businessman during a scuffle in a club in Kisii Town. This is after businessman Jeremiah Mogaka Nyamweya, 37 succumbed to injuries he sustained during the scuffle on March 10. The incident happened at a popular club as a group fought over a woman, witnesses told police. After an autopsy was conducted, it was established that Nyamweya died of the injuries that he sustained in the scuffle. It was then that police started to pursue the matter and visited the club and sought to review the surveillance footage.
